1. Platform Services

Bharat Career Connect acts strictly as a technological intermediary connecting candidates, employers, and event organizers for physical and virtual job fairs. We do not guarantee employment, specific salary offerings, candidate quality, or final hiring outcomes.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

All users (candidates, employers, and exhibitors) must provide accurate, verified information during registration. Any fraudulent credentials, fake job postings, or unauthorized solicitation will result in immediate and permanent suspension from the platform.

3. Payments & Fees

Candidate registration and job applications are entirely free of charge. All payments made by employers or exhibitors for stall bookings, event passes, or premium platform services are processed securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay). By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the pricing terms presented at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform interfaces, designs, source code, QR-generation systems, and branding are the exclusive property of Bharat Career Connect. Users may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit platform data without explicit written consent.
