Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bharat Career Connect, we strive to ensure a seamless Udyoga Mela experience for all participants. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
Candidate Policy
Platform registration and job applications for Candidates are 100% free of charge. No payments are collected from candidates; therefore, no refunds apply.
Employer & Exhibitor Cancellations
Employers or Exhibitors wishing to cancel their approved stall bookings or premium registrations must adhere to the following timeline:
- 15+ days prior to event: 100% refund (minus standard payment gateway processing fees).
- 7 to 14 days prior to event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days prior to event: No refund will be issued, as venue logistics, floor plans, and marketing materials are finalized.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
If an Udyoga Mela is cancelled or postponed indefinitely by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (Acts of God, government restrictions), all paid Employers/Exhibitors are eligible for a 100% full refund or a credit transfer to the next available event.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that any GST collected at the time of purchase is non-refundable once remitted to the government.
